New Single “Moonshiner” by Shannon & Heather Slaughter

The song is now available to radio stations worldwide at AirPlayDirect.com and available for digital purchase at iTunes, CD Baby, Amazon, and more digital sites.

“Moonshiner” is the first single release from Shannon and Heather’s new album, Never Just A Song releasing February 1, 2015. The husband and wife duo will launch this exciting new project at their Album Release Concert on January 24, 2015 at the world famous Station Inn in Nashville Tenn. Shannon & Heather will be joined by their special guests Randy Kohrs, Melonie Cannon, Aubrey Haynie, Ron Inscore, Trevor Watson, Cliff Bailey, and more.

Never Just A Song includes an A-List line-up of talent with: Shannon Slaughter (Guitar and Lead & Harmony Vocals), Heather Slaughter (Lead Vocals), Ron Inscore (Mandolin), Cliff Bailey (Bass & Vocals), Trevor Watson (Banjo), Randy Kohrs (Resophonic Guitar and Vocals), Tracy Burcham (Bass), Justin Jenkins (Banjo), Melonie Cannon (Harmony Vocals), Ron Stewart (Fiddle), Tim Couch (Fiddle), and Doug Jernigan (Pedal Steel Guitar). Shannon and Heather’s last album, One More Road, by County Clare included three chart singles. Their outstanding bluegrass version of the Top 40 hit “If I Were A Carpenter” appeared on Bluegrass Today’s Top 30 Songs of 2013 and garnered the #1 position on Sirius XM Bluegrass Junction’s Most Played Tracks in September of last year. The title track, “One More Road” and “The Lives of the Innocent” also charted appeared in Bluegrass Today’s Weekly Top 20 Song Chart.
