Springfield Exit will celebrate their new album That Was Then at Bluegrass In the Ballroom at The George Washington Hotel located at 103 East Piccadilly Street in Winchester, Virginia on Thursday, February 19. Doors open at 6:30 pm, dinner will be served from 6:30-7:45 pm, and the concert begins at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased at the door. Admission and Dinner tickets are $20.00. Vocalist Linda Lay heads an all-star ensemble of award-winning instrumentalists with husband David Lay (guitar and vocals) along with the distinguished talents of three former Johnson Mountain Boys – Marshall Wilborn (bass & vocals), David McLaughlin (mandolin, guitar, banjo, fiddle & vocals) and Tom Adams (banjo). On the album, the group welcomes special harmony vocal guests Tom Mindte on “Lonesome Wind” and Frank Solivan on “Don’t We All Have The Right.”

The Larry Stephenson Band stage shows include the talents of Larry Stephenson, Kenny Ingram, Kevin Richardson, and Matt Wright. The group will perform tomorrow, September 24 at the 40th Annual Bill Monroe Hall of Fame & Uncle Pen Days Festival in Bean Blossom, IN and on Thursday, Sept 25 at the Nothin’ Fancy Bluegrass Festival in Buena Vista, VA. From September 30 – October 4, the band will be at the International Bluegrass Music Association’s World of Bluegrass in Raleigh, NC. Fans can see them perform on the Raleigh Convention Center Ballroom Stage at 11:20 AM on October 4, 2014.
