Nashville, Tenn. (November 13, 2023) – Whysper Dream Music is proud to announce the new single, “Lonesome with Heartaches,” by the Larry Stephenson Band. Stephenson has done it again, reaching deep into the catalog to 1980, putting his band’s spin on a great song that hasn’t been recorded since its original version by Bill Harrell and the Virginians cut it when Stephenson was in the band.

“Lonesome with Heartaches” is available to radio programmers at AirPlay Direct  or by request to the Larry Stephenson Band. The song’s digital release is scheduled for Monday, November 27 coming off the Thanksgiving Festivities.

“Lonesome with Heartaches’ hasn’t been cut since its first release and I’ve always had this one in the back of my mind,” said Stephenson, “and not only does the talented Deanie Richardson join us on this track playing fiddle, but she plays a very IMPRESSIVE TRIPLE FIDDLES! I’m looking forward to you hearing how she kicks this one off!”

The other amazing musicians on this single release include Larry Stephenson on lead vocals and mandolin, Nick Dauphinais on guitar and vocals, Derek Vaden on banjo and vocals, and Andy Brown on bass.

“Lonesome with Heartaches” appears on the group’s upcoming album, Cast a Lonesome Shadow, scheduled for release in early 2024. Music fans can pre-order this exciting new album at larrystephensonband.com.
